I've always thought about supporting people in a similar way to how an engineer thinks about designing systems. Not in a cold way, but with genuine curiosity about how to intentionally create the conditions for someone to grow and do their best work. I came to Learning & Development mid-career because a senior leader saw this curiosity and the results it was producing, and I dove in completely. I spent several years building and leading impactful training programs, change enablement, and other people initiatives before founding Viridios Learning to continue that work more broadly. Now I partner with organizations that are growing fast enough to feel the gap in their people systems and are ready to close it.
